Visionary Book Writers
Review
According to a reliable source at The Writers Tree, I was told that Visionary Book Writers is the parent company for The Writers Tree.
WhoIs Documention
BOn the right you can see all the services that are provided at this Icelandic office building. So if a company does not have a physical address, they can use this type of company to manage their mail, provide office space if needed. and other services as listed.
In the case of Visionary Book Writers, the domain was purchased on February 16, 2022Kalkofnsvegr 2 is a stunning glass and steel building in the capital city of Reykjavik, Iceland.
According to WhoIs, Visionary Book Writers domain address has been in existance since February 16, 2022 as noted above. In very tiny print in the screen shot above, it states they have 3,543 customers. There were about 700 business days between that date and this writing. That equates to about 5 customers a day. 90% which are satisfied customers. Since many of the services Visionary Book Writers provided are work intensive, such as ghost writing a novel, or proof reading an existing book, this is quite a feat. It would be interesting to find out how many people VBW employs.
On another page of the website they say they have been in business for 10 Years. Visionary Book Writers domain was registered on February 16,2022. Were they operating under a different name for the last 10 years? Did they change the name of the company???
Below are some of the services that a virtual office provides to customers.
Business Registration
This company is not registered in Iceland or Florida. SunBiz is the business registration for the State of Florida. Visionary Book Writers is not listed even though they give a Florida address.
Visionary Book Writer Addresses
The St. Petersburg address listed on their website is an office building with many tenants.
Suite 300 is the office for Northeast Registered Agent. A registered agent provides services to a business such as filing and up keeping LLC and other business related paperwork updated, and also, among other things, provides an address for a company that does not have a physical building. Northeast Registered Agent offers the same types of services as does the office building in Iceland.
The Writers Tree uses this same address. I visited this address in St Petersburg Florida, personally and took a picture of the tenant directory that shows Suite 300 is used by Visionary Book Writes as their address.
Visionary Book Writers Address
1130 Veleiros Blvd, Lighthouse Point, Fl, 33064
This is where things get interesting. In doing a search in Google, to find out more information about Visionary Book Writers, it gives an address as 1130 Velerios Blvd. Lighthouse Point. A map of Lighthouse Point shows that all the street names are numbered and do not use alphabetical names, Furthermore, that address is not found in the Broward County Tax Assessors Office. The Tax Assessor's software automatically shifted my search to a nearby town, Deerfield Beach where this address exists. The tax roles shows this address is a condominium owned by a person named Errol Joseph Augustine.
A search of the Broward County Tax Assessor Database does not show this address.
BizVerve LLC
BizVerve LLC appears to be the only registered business operated by these entities. The contact name for BizVerve is none other than Errol J Alexander, who's address comes up in connection with Visionary Book Writers.
On May 18, 2023, I made a payment of $15,840 to The Writers Tree via a wire transfer to Biz Verve, LLC.
So, apparently, The Writers Tree, Visionary Book Writers, BizVerve and Errol Alexander are connected to each other.
On Visionary Book Writers website, there is a link for Trust Pilot a recognized site for company reviews. The link does not work, but if you go to Trust Pilot's website you will see a negative review from another unsatisfied customer who never received their royaltis. The response from the company also states they have been in business for 10 years.
Bryan Miller is listed as a contact on Visionary Book Writers chat link. I received a call from a Bryan Miller trying to sell me a marketing package with The Writers Tree. Evidently I am on some sort of list, and Bryan did not know I was already a customer of The Writers Tree. I tried valiantly to get him to give me a legitimate address for The Writers Tree, but he could not give me one.
